The Lincolnheart Maisonette reimagines an existing duplex apartment at Wentworth Point, transforming it into a bold, art-driven living space.
Located at 545/46 Baywater Drive, the project is focused on art collectors deeply attuned to the pulse of emerging trends and evolving suburban cultures, creating a home that doubles as an immersive art experience was essential. Each room has been thoughtfully curated, not just as a place to live, but as a living, breathing gallery—where art is not merely displayed, but truly experienced.
Upon entering the apartment, you're greeted by a pristine white canvas—an open, airy space that invites indulgence in creativity and sets the tone for what’s to come.
A few steps further, and you encounter a striking feature: a unique fireplace designed to mimic the building's structural beams. This innovative design element adds both visual impact and tactile depth, creating a captivating interplay of materials and textures that elevate the space.
Developed under the concept of "AAA", this maisonette redefines design with a bold, uncompromising approach. It embraces Avant-Garde elements, combining unconventional materials and unexpected forms to craft a truly original space. Pulsing with Attitude, it exudes confidence and rebellion in every detail—from striking colours to sculptural features. At the same time, it maintains an air of Aloofness—a cool detachment that keeps it distanced from fleeting trends, offering a design that is effortlessly elegant, intriguing, and unapologetically unique.
The pièce de résistance lies at the heart of the apartment: the BRAT SUMMER staircase. Painted in a bold, vibrant green, this sculptural marvel cuts through the space like a modern masterpiece, its metallic sheen commanding attention as a statement work of art.
Adjacent to this visual focal point is a stunning viola marble table, its contrasting black-and-white veining offering a striking counterpoint to the surrounding design. Above, a waffle-patterned ceiling feature guides the eye toward the kitchen—where metallic papaya laminate pairs with dark walnut accents to create a space that is both daring and refined.
The design and visualisation of the Lincolnheart Maisonette were accomplished using Revit for 3D modelling and documentation, and Illustrator for graphic design and presentation materials.
